On The Night
Prepartaion is key
to making sure anything runs smoothly and this is true for your
charity quiz.
Simple Checklist -
Before The Quiz Starts
- Make sure you have
enough chairs and tables.
- Do you have enough
quiz answer sheets, pens - better to have some left over than
not enough.
- If you are using
a quiz master - phone them up on the day.and check everything
with them.
- If a PA system
is being used - check it works. If hiring it check it out before
th hire company closes for the day.
- Don't forget to
organise a float.
- Arrive at least
an hour before the quiz starts and double check everything.
- Get people signed
up as they arrive.
When it comes to the
start of the quiz, sit back and enjoy it, but rememberyour work
is not over yet.
After The Quiz
- Mark all the answer
sheets.
- Announce the scores.
- Hand out the prizes.
- Announce the result
of the other fundraising activities - raffle etc.
